  • Phone Number: Used for account registration, identity verification, and security, serving as a key identifier for your account.
  • Email Address: Used for account binding, login, password recovery, and for receiving important service notifications.

Function-Related Information

  • Camera and Photo Library Data: This is an optional permission. We request it to enable you to photograph or upload images of receipts, invoices, or bills for your financial entries. This serves as a digital voucher for easy tracking and management.
  • Call Logs: We request one-time read access only. The sole purpose is to automatically complete your phone number verification during registration by detecting our verification call, saving you from manually entering a code. We will never access, store, or analyze your personal call history.

Device and Performance Information

  • Identifiers (User ID / Device ID / Advertising ID): Used to secure your account, prevent fraud, optimize service stability, and deliver relevant service updates. You can reset or disable your Advertising ID at any time in your device's settings.
  • Device Information: Includes storage status, battery level, hardware model, network conditions, etc. This anonymous data is collected to optimize app performance and ensure it runs smoothly on your device.
  • Crash Logs: When the app crashes, we collect anonymous technical logs. This data is used exclusively for diagnosing issues and fixing bugs to improve application stability.

We promise to use your information only for the following explicit and lawful purposes:

  • To Provide Core Services: To manage your account, enable core functions like recording transactions, generating statistics, creating charts, and protecting your account from unauthorized access.

  • Inactive Account Cleanup: To manage data responsibly, accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of eighteen (18) months will be considered dormant. We will notify you 30 days in advance via email or SMS. If the account is not reactivated, it and its associated data will be automatically deleted.
